Meet Steve Worthy: Aquatics Sales Professional
I’m Steve Worthy, your dedicated Outside Sales Representative based in St. Louis, MO. With a lifelong passion for aquatics and a rich background in both sales and coaching, I bring a unique blend of experience and enthusiasm to the table.
I grew up on the sunny island of Alameda, California, where I developed a deep love for the water early on. My journey took me to Harding University for my undergraduate studies, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University. Since then, I’ve been immersed in the world of aquatics – from swimming to coaching and everything in between.
Before joining the Landmark Aquatic team, I honed my sales skills with top-tier retailers like The North Face and coached competitive swimming teams, including the Crawfish Aquatic Team of Searcy (CATS) in Arkansas and the Scottsdale Aquatic Club in Arizona. What sets me apart? It’s my unwavering commitment to understanding my clients’ needs and my drive to provide them with the best possible solutions. I live by three core values: Desire, Determination, and Dedication.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending quality time with my wonderful wife and three amazing kids. I’m also an avid swimmer and runner – I just can’t get enough of the water! My passion for clean, safe swimming pools fuels my enthusiasm for this industry. There’s nothing I love more than helping people stay active and healthy through aquatic exercise.
What drives me every day? It’s the joy of helping people create beautiful, functional aquatic spaces where they can swim, play, and thrive. I believe in building strong, lasting relationships with my clients and delivering exceptional service that goes beyond their expectations.
